    Instead of heavy cream and milk you can use 1 can of evaporated milk. You can use 3 eggs instead of 5.

    I do everything in the instructions why won't the custard part set? I let it cool down and stuck it in the fridge in hopes that the custard will set that way

    Very good recipe! Used 4 eggs instead of 5 as my dish was smaller & used evaporated milk. Came out wonderful at 42 mins in the oven!!

    The video doesnt show the consistency of the Flan as it is being taken out of the oven or how to check if its done. This is probably the most key part of the procecss ๐Ÿ˜‰ Otherwise it was mostly helpful. I would update it and add that shot.
